Salt Lake City (March 5, 2025) 4Life Senior Manager of the Research & Development lab Anna Andersen is the lead author of a new company publication that appears in the open access journal Sleep Science and Practice (SSP).

The study is called, “Assessment of a multi-ingredient dietary supplement on sleep quality: A randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled crossover clinical study,” and it observes how 4Life Transfer Factor SleepRite® works compared to a placebo group.

4Life Transfer Factor SleepRite contains bovine colostrum and egg yolk extracts, ashwagandha root extract, lavender oil, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, melatonin, Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA), and magnesium. The study lasted for six weeks and included thirty adults. The placebo-controlled crossover included a 1-week washout period and 2-week intervention period, which cycle repeated once. During the two washout weeks, participants stopped taking RiteStart®.

Andersen: “The importance of effective and safe solutions for poor sleep and insomnia cannot be overstated. It’s an honor to participate in these types of studies and publications, both of which underscore 4Life’s commitment to ongoing scientific research.”

SSP’s mission is to empower clinicians and researchers with international, clinical data that assists specialists, scientists, and other professionals with their practices and research.
