KUTV News Broadcast: PhytoFactor

KUTV News Broadcast: PhytoFactor
Salt Lake City (September 10, 2025) On Monday, September 8, 4Life Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Development Kelly Bellerose appeared on CBS station KUTV to talk about the company’s discovery of plant-based transfer factor peptides.

PhytoFactor, 4Life’s name for plant-based transfer factor, came after more than five years of research in conjunction with Washington-based premier plant research laboratory UNIGEN. 4Life’s scientific team screened hundreds of plant species worldwide before discovering transfer factor immune peptide bioactivity in Brassica napus seeds.*

Bellerose: “Because of the plant’s innate stand and defend behavior, plant-based transfer factor peptides have a unique quality that will provide synergistic benefits in conjunction with our animal-sourced transfer factors. PhytoFactor is the featured ingredient in a brand new, first-in-class, never-before-manufactured product that we will launch at our upcoming convention in April of 2026.”

In addition to a provisional patent, 4Life has acquired numerous intellectual assets as a result of this discovery. These include two academic articles in Molecules and The Journal of Applied Sciences as well as numerous accolades, including a 2025 Gold Globee® for Most Innovative Company of the Year.
