2025 General Manager Symposium

2025 General Manager Symposium
Salt Lake City (September 22, 2025) Last week marked the conclusion of 4Life’s annual general manager symposium. More than thirty 4Life general managers and department leaders gathered in Vineyard, Utah at the company’s manufacturing facilities for the event.

Chief Sales Officer Preston Richards was the host and master of ceremonies. Richards: “These annual gatherings are critical. They provide a space for our leaders to strategize on behalf of worldwide Affiliates. We cover everything from product launches to travel incentives to better ways of recognizing success to how we can best support people just beginning their 4Life journey.”

General managers heard from Founder David Lisonbee, whose vision is to share 4Life Transfer Factor® with three million new homes by 2030. They heard from CEO Danny Lee, who imparted sales principles and strategies. They heard from Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations TJ Fund and Chief Financial Officer Ryan Wood. Just as important, the general managers heard from one another.

4Life General Manager of Colombia Nao Lau: “The intention of these symposiums is to share and develop best practices we can take back to our countries and execute on behalf of the field. Ongoing success requires not only a plan but also its timely and effective execution.”

4Life, The Immune System Company®, and the first to bring transfer factor research to market, has offices in dozens of countries to serve the company’s worldwide customers.
